Lincoln Theatre

My daughter just recently dressed up like Abe Lincoln and gave a short speech on the man to both the third grade class at her school and most of the parents of her classmates. She is in tune with what went on with the man to the extent any fifth grader is.

Yesterday, we were walking down Lincoln Road in South Beach and came across the Lincoln Theatre. This really amused her and she thought it was funny that they would name a theatre after a person that was killed while in a theatre. It would be like naming a convertible, the Kennedy Convertible.

Or like naming the field where Loreena Bobbit threw her husband's severed penis out the window of her car "Bobbit's Acres" or something like that.

(I have no idea how to spell that woman's name, and I refuse to Google it.)

I work with a woman with enough facial hair to pass as Abe Lincoln without the costume.

Kids are great aren't they? These two seem quite smart and observant. It is obvious that they have a guiding hand in life that is not the television!

On the surface of this little story things are cute and funny. However, for a few of us, this story reads scary as Freddy Kruger at age 8. You see, I'm concerned a lot right now. It seems our Blog Host - Bill has a tendency to surround himself with women who like to dress up like men. Here's a little dark secret for any of you Bill fans. Not only did his daughter apparently dress up like Abe Lincoln, but his ex-wife has been known to dress like a man at certain times. I even seem to recall it was at the complete blessing of her husband (at the time). You see, I'm worried. I'm worried Bill is simply repressing his feelings of wanting to be with men. That's fine if he is, and its fine if he wants to be with men (not really cause his whole Blog existence would be crap considering his Angelina Jolie lustation (I made that word up - it rocks). Anyway, I ask anyone that might be in physical contact with Bill to make sure he doesn't ask you dress up like a man - if you are a woman. I also ask anyone of you that is a man to smack him in the forehead of he makes any comments about how cute some guy is. Well, other than maybe Peyton Manning cause only those that really love him think that big goof is cute. Fortunately, Bill's daughter is pretty smart so I'm sure it was a one time thing for school. Unlike Bill who apparently can't get enough of women dressing up like men.

Manning Stalker -- when my Ex Wife chose to dress up like a man for Halloween it was certainly not anything I enjoyed . She kissed me while wearing that get up and even though I knew she was a woman it was still freaking weird. I am totally ok with the homosexuals being homosexual. I am just not ok with ME being Homo and that was just a little too close for comfort.
